James and Kelsey Brown are a husband and wife team who worked for a captive agency for over 7 years. They formed Greater Tulsa Insurance, an independent insurance agency, so they could provide greater value by offering more options to their clients for their insurance needs. James and Kelsey’s mission is to create insurance strategies and interactions tailored to you, your family, and your business on your terms. Kelsey grew up in the insurance industry with her first position as a receptionist and administrative assistant. Then went from working as a CSR to developing a training program for new CSRs. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Marketing, with an emphasis in Finance, from NSU in 2013, she became a full time associate agent with a captive agency. Kelsey has an eye for detail and understands the importance of exceeding clients’ expectations. She has a passion for helping individuals and families manage their risks while saving them money.
James graduated from NSU with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2013. After college, he began working for a company in the IT department. Shortly after, he took the opportunity to work with family in the insurance industry. With his background in IT, he is able to increase efficiencies with software and databases, simplifying our client’s interactions with our agency. His strength is his ability to understand the needs of clients and develop user friendly solutions. James has a passion for working with fellow business owners and families helping them understand insurance while protecting what they value most.
